Concrete Floor          

Once all drains, plumbing, electrical, and

insulation have been installed, the floor is

poured over poly. 

Interior Drain

Installed​​ at the interior base of the footing, a 4" perforated pipe covered by stone and poly

will carry water to a desired location. That may be to a sump pit for pumping or to a low point on the property.
